The body fluctuates so much during the dieting period that even if you're doing everything right you can still show a gain. Make sure that you have taken beginning measurements also. I'm not familiar with your diet to be able to make any comments on content but you may want to evaluate what you have eaten these last several days that differs from the weeks b4. Hope this helps. Cheer up, you have to expect these kinds of things if you're planning on this being your way of life & not just a quick loss diet. It takes time to figure out what your body works best with.
