Diario de debbra, 19 mar. 09

Ugh!!! Ugh!!! Ugh!!! At 7:00 p.m. last night I prematurely gave myself a star. Well, just minutes later I lost it, big time! Is this the weight my body just wants to be at? I can't seem to get below it. I lose five pounds and then gain it right back again. AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!

You can't succeed unless you keep trying - it's natural to feel discouraged in this ongoing struggle but you need to climb out of it - you can do this! Just get back in the game and do something that makes you happy that doesn't involve food! You can do this!!!

Ok, how did you blow it? Did you eat a lot? Buy some gum to stop your overeating... or each time you feel yourself wanting to pig out do something else to get your mind off of it. I need to take my own advice some days also! Good luck, hang in there, Megan is right, you can do this.

You gotta stop the gain before it gets back to that point. Keep doing what you were doing before the slip-up. It's an on-going process. End the cycle!
