Supper: pork chop, broccoli, new potatoes. snack Clover Valley crackers with cream cheese spread, and chocolate chip cookie granddaughter brought me. Grandson came to mow yard, granddaughter came to wash windows. I weeded garden and pulled onions. No rain Wednesday or today, but its supposed to come again. Poor farmers need to harvest wheat, but fields are saturated. Low spots in my yard are swamps and chiggers and mosquitoes have hatched bumper crops.
