Supper: salmon croquettes, avocado, beets, broccoli, asparagus wrapped with turkey bacon, new potatoes, chive and onion cream cheese spread. Drank a glass of apple cider vinegar, lemon, and hot water. Snack: mixed nuts. Switching to another WOE has made me more mindful of illegal snacking, so I may have stumbled on an effective way of curbing that. I may need to switch around more often. Two cows knocked down a gate & escaped the pasture this morning, but a kind neighbor put them back in -- I think the cows know if hubby is not home and make their escape while he is gone. No rain today!!!! Hooray! Macros 27/60/13; calories 1590; fiber 24.3; net carbs 84.57; net kcals -469 I think, even though Paleo eating involves more calories, it may be making a difference in my diabetes. Only took my meds twice today but bedtime glucose was down to 107. Will see how that does over the weekend.
