Workout #2 of 2014. Great run. Start 656 AM, possibly my earliest ever. Does my body respond well to AM exercise. 9:24/14:56/20:01/Unknown/34:43/~44 for culdesac/turnaround/1st stop to walk/going up hill of culdesac/end run/warmdown. Feeling tired at work. Wouldn't mind going back to bed.
