I got hit by a car, broke my leg and ankle. I had to have ankle surgery. Sometimes I feel so tired. I have gained 6 pounds due to inactivity. I am hoping to get back on track. Only if everything didn't hurt.
88,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 15,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 30,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Prayers sending your way I'm so sorry this happened to you a year ago I got rerendered and thank God I only had a little bit of bruising and scratches hopefully you get a lot better

We are praying for you. try and stay on your food plan and take it easy on your injury,. This type of injury takes time. Enjoy this forced rest and be gone to your self. God please help with healing of here leg an ankle,. Let your light shine on this leg and ankle.
