Friday here -- AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! Enough said!! Do you really want an explanation? Food! Too much food! Eating too much food! Not stopping myself from eating too much food!

But I hope everyone else had a great low-cal day! And tomorrow I shall begin again!

Walk awaaaaaaaaaaay!! :) Honesty is the best policy - put it down in your journal and then you'll be able to remind yourself! My kids got pizza tonight and I was looking at it for an hour! I finally wrapped it up and put it in the fridge - Hopefully they'll eat it all before I look at it again!

Food, glorious food, marvelous food, wonderful food... I think that was the words to some commercial jingle from eons ago... ah, food. Can't live with it, can't live without it! Ha! It's a struggle, to be sure. Just do your best and keep trying. I think that your struggles could be your body's retaliation for the fasting, at least I know my body works that way. Deprivation leads to binging with me. It will all even out. Hang in there!

Cut up some fruit and veggies to snack on instead of eating all the "bad" stuff!
