I just realized that I don't really use FS as a food logger. I use it as a food vetter. I plan my day with it and keep shuffling until I get it the way I want it. Logging wouldn't be enough for me. I'd easily be able to log 1000 calories over if it were after the fact.

I generally eat the same types of meals every day but I like to keep track of macros, calories arent as much of a concern anymore, I know what it takes to hit 2000 calories in a day, and what it takes to hit 3500. I'm not always sure if I'm geting enough fat and protein though. Thats what I use FS for at this point. I have always used it for pre-planning as you do though. I think CR is a hip Hippie!

i switch all the time how i use FS... but in the end of the day all that i ate is logged in there... i eat yoghurt at the end of the day and i calculate with FS what supplements i need to put in there... my day is perfect if i need NO supplements at all (*lol*)

If I log a food on my armband website and then after I see the fat or sodium or sugar is too high, if I change my mind, and DO NOT eat it but delete that food, the next day I might get an alert telling me to be honest: "Honesty is the best policy. If you ate it, track it—and don't round down. You'll learn more from an honest account of your consumption." Not sure if that was a random tip for the day or they think I am cheating on my food log! I appreciate that FS lets you log and change your foods and does not question you!
