So I saw the the doctor today before physical therapy. He cleared me for a few rides at busch gardens next week. He said it would better if I waited more but since I'm chaperoning a class trip I could try one see how I feel and then decide if I want to ride another or stop. He vetoed some straight out but that's ok. My back feels a little better after therapy so I can sit for more than 20 minutes today. No new meds, he said to trash the one that was making me gain weight and just use the other one more. (he tripled that one) He also said I could resume power90 but modified for the amount of reps. Instead of 15 reps do 3 and increase super slowly over time. Add one rep per week max. I'm suppose to add it to what I'm already doing, don't replace any exercise just add it. I'm hoping to fit comfortably into those size 16 shorts I just managed to squeeze into (super tight but could zipper up) last week. It would be great if I could wear them to busch gardens next week.
