Hi everyone- so I have fluctuated up and down a few ounces this week but no real change eating around 900 calls per day. 2 months I have lost 19 pounds (thrilled about that).. but what causes the non movement this week?? Anyone else have where there’s no scale movement for a week?

Sometimes you hit a plateau, so your body can adjust to your new weight. Just keep up the good work 😉

Yup! Inches could be dropping off. I'm shrinking. I have loose skin and I don't like it. My muscle is disappearing. I'm not young, firmed, toned, tight-bodied anymore. :(

your NEET goes down when you're on a diet and when you lose weight. Genetics play a big factor on how lean, muscular, and fat you can naturally get with your body. If you weight remains the same on a diet, you need to decrease calorie intake or increase calorie expenditure. If you can't do that then you've hit your genetic potential. Can't break the laws of thermodynamics.

Thanks guys- I just don’t get what’s changed..20 pounds in 2 months, then only 1 pound loss in 3 weeks? I was losing more eating 1200-1400 calories per day...now dropping to 900-1000 it’s barely moved. I did add multi vitamins, garlic supplement, vitamin C and a potassium/magnesium/zinc about the same time 3 weeks ago too (?) TMI- gut/bathroom issues are a problem.... HELP!!
