Welcome to Wow: Walk on Wednesdays! Online walking group for any FSers who wish to share their walking and fitness experiences. I have set up a Group* here (seems to be available only on desktop/laptops) but for those only on the app, here is your weekly post: How were your walks this week? I had a not great week: 0/0/15/45/15/0/? minutes. Meh; not great. Only one Soul Walk (Sunday) - wonderful to not feel the pressure to hit x minutes/distance; just enjoy the day! Love walking to park, watching the people having fun in the summer sun! Share your goals and your weekly reports here :) I wish I could be walking on a sandy beach right now!!!
