happy sunday afternoon

stopped at hoss's after church today - fund raiser thing

but logged the food i ate as best as i could- and ate fairly well - well as

well as i wanted to LOL

worked 2 hrs in the garden afterwards digging it up and planting more seeds

gonna try and get a walk in this evening after kids go to bed as well



still going to weigh in tomorrow morning - been stuck this week at 184.4- and

i am sure today didnt help- tomorrow is another day
