With 2 little kids I’m finally trying to find a little time for me. More exercise and a little peace on morning walks has made a difference. Watching my calorie intake by making health food choices and cooking for myself instead of eating what everyone else wants. Hopeful I can drop a few lbs, that have been impossible to lose for the last 2years after baby #2.
