So it’s only been about 2 weeks that I’ve started focusing on getting healthier and setting my first goal to lose 10lbs. (I’d really like to lose about 20 but don’t want to overwhelm myself with the number.) I know things don’t happen over night and after being stuck for a long time the scale can be frustrating when I check it each morning. I’m already feeling better from diet / exercise but does anyone have recommendations about when/ how often to weigh in?

I weigh in once a week after I use the bathroom and before I put my clothes on. I find it too stressful to weigh in daily, although I see some people doing this. Good luck on your journey 😊
