I’m new to this app and so far it looks really cool. Like a South African version of MFP. So I’ve been down for 2 weeks with bronchitis and today’s my first day back at gym. I can see in my clothes that I’ve put on. Oh no!!! Anyway, today I start again and work to get to my goal.
