Diario de celticbutterfly, 23 jun. 21

It seems that ever since I changed my goal weight I have been sliding backwards. A gain of 2.6 this week! That’s the biggest gain I’ve had since I stated this journey. I am not even maintaining my original goal which I reached earlier this month. Ugggg

I have to get back on track, start following my menu plan and moving every day. I still have 7 weeks until my birthday to at least get to my original goal weight.
