How were your walks this week? I had a good week! Averaged 40 minutes each day; mostly "errand" walks but I kept moving! Walked the mall today - weird to walk inside LOL Really tired now! Share your goals and your weekly reports here :)

Liv your week of movement sounds great!! 40 minutes a day is impressive. I have read it takes three weeks of regular movement for your body to start really craving it. I am finding that with my morning yoga. I have managed to do a morning practice daily and even challenged myself with some more challenging classes (I started with 10 minutes daily and recently did a 40 minute class). my arse and abs can still feel it! haha. I got on my bike twice this past week. only short rides. But talk about sucking wind. my goal is to ride this short route three times by next week's check in. My goal is to build confidence and the routine of the activity. when I feel stronger I will slowly add distance. Malls are still closed here in Ontario. We have another week before we open up a little more. I think it is late July before we have malls and movies. good luck everyone on this week's goals!!!!!

I agree 40 minutes/day is a great week. I was at the mall Friday night. It was weird & tiresome. It's so much more enjoyable outside.
