12 Week Summer Work Out Challenge until Sept 1st: WEEK 2! Happy Strawberry Full Moon!

How was YOUR week????

I walked everyday but don't feel productive. I am not working my plan because.... I don't have a plan! LOL Okay, gotta get it together as the clock keeps ticking! I am really tired & sore from mall walking/shopping for a couple hours (no places to sit as we all know) plus lotsa stairs. Epsom salt bath time! I feel I am doing okay-ish just not in the routine I envision for myself. Gotta plan it to achieve it. So, let's GOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

LOL the bath was interrupted by a meniscus tear, pain and a terrible night, I'm afraid! My "Let's GO" week has slowed to a hobble grrrrrrr doing much better today after lots of rest :)
