Diario de loosinisfun, 28 mar. 09

goooooooood morning everyone!!!...first thing i did this morning was reset my alarm clock when it was buzzin in my ear today...since the time change i havnt been able to get up at 4am for some reason to go for that morning walk, so i reset it back to 5am...figured i would try gettin that extra sleep an see if that would make it easier to get bck into a regular routine...i did go walkin yesterday afternoon...felt great once i got started...walked inside a gym since it was damp an cooler..todays plan is to do some cooking ahead and to do crunches and floor exercises...thought alot yesterday about whats been keepin me from being on a regular routine...tryin to work it out in my mind so that i can get back into that regular routine once again...steppin back an lookin at whats keepin me from gettin back into the routine i was getting use to...and some of it was the extra sleep that i now require to feel like im gettin enough sleep...so hopefully resettin the clock will take care of that..i think some of the problem is spendin to much time at brians, and im gonna start cuttin that back to if he needs me he can call an il go out an help, instead of just showing up everyday and hopin hes got something to do to keep us busy...i can do stuff here when hes slow there....on the weather front...they are callin for SNOW!!!!...tomow morning...like what the !!@#&*!! is that all about...not like it will be on the ground that long anyways...ground is to warm ...my kind of snow that comes down at night an is gone by noon...lol...then higher temps rest of the week...well need to get up an go eat...then get on the floor an do some crunches..gonna try an start doing them 3 times a day if i can ...an if not then lest 2 times...get back into the habit...gotta change this habit of just eating an not gettin some kind of exercise in...or else quit eating as much...and we all kno you gotta eat!!!...so....means i gots to exercise one way or another....have a great day !!! and a great weekend!!!!....

I know what you mean about the weather. News last night said there was a blizzard in the Texas panhandle yesterday while just few miles north of me there were 100 mile winds in a storm. Yuck!

The poor daffodils! We have daffodils and a few tulips up and down our block. Our dogwood trees have bloomed. Now they are going to look all crummy.

Twin! Watch that language! ;) A little ol' snow won't hurt you. It will just make you appreciate it all the more when it's gone! I'm with you on getting more sleep. It makes all the difference in the energy level during the day. Enjoy the day and make a little snowman for me! I just have rain. Not easy to make a rainman. :)
