So relatable. My kids get Happy Meals sometimes and those fries are so tempting, but not worth it!

Oh gosh yesss!! My two babies are stuck with mommy’s healthy choices but the older teens are just eating machines!!!! You’ve got this. Trust me I totally can relate 😢

that is one of the biggest hurdles. Those around you are freely indulging and we are eating something we know will help us in the long run. Somedays we have to give ourselves a nutritional tough love pep talk.

we limited how much we have pizza in the house to help out my cause. But to slowly get away from it. Thin n crispy here & there won't kill you. It's all really based on your calorie intake and how much you're working out. Be strict but be realistic. In moderation almost anything is ok within reason.
