Feeling MUCH better today. Still feel weak and I still get dizzy every now and then; but I'll just blame that on the dehydration and illness I had Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Was too dizzy and weak to workout this morning, but I pushed myself to workout this evening. My goal was to do 10-15 minutes of walking. Yeah, I know. Sounds lame....but I was afraid I'd get dizzy or just collapse. Did NOT want to do that. However, I managed to do 25 minutes! Once I got to 22 minutes, I really REALLY wanted to see how long the treadmill would last before it shut off on me, but was also afraid of falling if it did. Since my balance and strength area already "off", I figured I shouldn't risk it. lol Anyway, I'm glad I got SOME kind of workout in, even though it was just ONE, and kind of short. I did attempt to go for higher speeds, though. The bad part is, since I actually felt like eating again (and without getting sick to my stomach), I ate some albondigas. It wasn't exactly the healthiest soup I could eat (especially since I could already see how oily it was from the meat)....but after the lack of calories and nutrients 3 days straight; I thought I could use some sort of fuel. I'll probably regret it later....but hopefully it'll help keep me from feeling so weak tomorrow.
