Broke my foot. I definitely won't be making my step goals but I am getting an upper body workout with the stupid crutches 💪

It's easier to not snack when I'm relying on others to bring the snacks.

Someday, when I can actually stand on the scale again, I'll find out if a broken foot is a solid diet plan.

I'm eating lots of cottage cheese and yogurt. Calcium has got to be good for my foot bone.

Well if that’s the recommended diet plan I don’t think I wanna know. Sure hope it heals quickly and uneventfully for you. What a rotten break! (No pun intended.) Finally just got outta the classroom and now this :(
