maintaining kalories intake less then 2000j, spasificly focused to reduce breakfast consumption, moving from 1 paratha to rusk or brown bread, 1 hour walk 4 days/week , approximatly 2.5 miles/ 6000 foot steps. mangoes are my weakness 😈 which adding extra carbs iny diet, well no compromise on mangoes whatever the consequences 😍
