Fasting blood sugar 127/ weight 165.3 Plan: IF/egg fast Well, I did eat eggs, but not eggs-actly fasting! I added in veggies and some fruit. Skipped breakfast, Veggie omelet for lunch, deviled eggs for supper with celery, cucumber, avocado. Afternoon snack was mixed nuts. When I checked glucose at 9:30 it was down to 65, so I ate a banana and mixed nuts. At least the net carbs are below 50. I like that, and the low glucose in evening means I can skip some meds.
