Diario de debbra, 01 abr. 09

Overate again last night! Too hungry!! But never say die! I will lose this weight!

Great day!! 2P today. I went for 90 minutes treadmill, ate just a little over 1200 cals, did a lot of work -- got car serviced, cleaned house, started bills. Very productive. And now I'm going to sleep early. I've very pleased with myself. I want every day to be like today.

No worries. You ate because you were hungry. That's how it should be.

Make a plan to so don't get too hungry. It's always ok to have an apple or something healthy before you eat if you need to so you don't overdo it. Your chart is looking good though and you are heading down.
