Diario de QtFoxe, 22 jul. 21

I've always struggled with being overweight due to abuse and honestly just genetics, as well as depression. I want to get this under control and learn to love myself as well through the process. I downloaded this app because I was starving myself (500 kcals a day) because I felt sick and guilty eating. since downloading this, I've been able to eat two meals a day and snacks, and eat almost 2000 kcals of food a day! I feel so much more energized already. I'm working out and trying to improve. I really really hope I can turn things around.

Yes you can turn things around by talking about your past and with the friends you have on hear love. You can do it because I did. Only the opposite I gained the weight now loosing one step at a time

You need to come to terms with all the things you use as a reason to eat! Those triggers need to be combatted by something other than food! Eat to live not live to eat!

You don't look overweight to me. You have to love who you are. Eating right and loosing weight shouldn't be about looks, but about how you feel physically. I mean, if you feel physically crappy from being overweight, like I do (IBS, bloating, etc.), then loosing weight and being physically more fit should make you feel better physically and with that comes happiness.

I have lost 39 lbs since March 21 so I am still battling the emotional eating! Trying to be more mindful about what I eat! Fill up on the low calorie good choices and stop considering food the answer to boredom, anxiety, depression, celebration and joy!
