had a hard time doing my steps today..didnt go in the morning and went out in 80 degree HOT sunshine
practically had to crawl home...no problem doing ...3000 about,then had to push myself to 4000,then decided to call it a day and had to rest almost on every 2nd park bench...was feeling my age today...
still very happy I went downtown last week and bought my veggies at the market..I must admit
I am extremely happy with the veggies..so so very fresh,but costly...😀
