yeap its mornin again...still tired..just wanted to roll over an get more sleep..but its another day waitin on another workout to be done..so im up an in the process of gettin ready to head to the gym...right now...all im thinkin is sleepppppppppp....but once i get to the gym i will be in the exercise zone an will get woke up to the fact that ive got another day of exercise over with...

back from the gym...have decided to take a week off from lifting weights..and instead have been doing 1.5 hours of cardio each day...yesterday was an hour on elliptical and 30 on treadmill always a hill program an high resistance..today was different elliptical..hill program..but 2 different workouts...an still 1.5 hours...have gone back to low carb plan as when i eat more carbs..i gain weight...body likes to store it...
