Hello all my buddies!! Happy Sunday!! It is snowy and cold here again, I thought we were past this, and hopefully this is the last snow of this year. I love snow but now it is time for spring and camping. Haven't been doing real well on eating, but not the worst either. I need to get back to journeling everything I eat, the good, the bad, and the ugly. I need to be more accountable. Also need to move more, I am hoping by the end of the week it will be warm enough to walk the trail here in town. I have a beautiful trail thats only about a block from my house that runs along the little creek that goes through town. Hope everyone had a great weekend and has a great week this week. I will see a loss this week I can do it!!
