This is crazy! Two days in a row I have gone over my carbs because of vegetables! ME! The not so keen on raw veggies girl had a salad today for lunch and a pile of vegetables with dinner. If I gain weight I am blaming the salad! I am sure the steak, Adkins bar or anything else has anything to do with it! :)
I said I was staying on Induction and I mean it! Tomorrow is another day. *sigh*

Jedea, I certainly would not be discourage with a 3 point overage. If you look at what you had one small change would have put you at 20 for the day,, Keep your chin up. Its process not a race. We all didn't put this on in a day and it will not come off in a day. aHa Ha

Jadea Yes blame the salad for sure, I have done the same. I love NY strip steak. I had to have an Adkins bar for breakfast don't like doing that like to save them for later in the day. I am having a stall right now so sure its the veggies....that is so crazy......LOl just makes me laugh....

Thanks guys! :) It's definitely a one day at a time process. I have just been so careful about the carbs and the one willy-nilly day where I am proud to have gotten in the veggies, they turn on me and drive me over my limit.
