Diario de debbra, 05 abr. 09

Lazy day today. Staying home. Sister, nephew over, playing with kids. Doing well again today. Haven't exercised, but I'll try to treadmill in the evening.


I ended by going for about 70 minutes on the treadmill. Good day. 1P

Well, I'm not going to give myself a HUGE happy face, just a little one because it felt like I was eating too much. But when I look at my overall calories for today, and I did inflate them, I think, it doesn't look too bad. I ate the ENTIRE fish soup at Kabuki Sushi and sugar free chocolate pudding, fat free cream cheese. It felt like a lot of food. But in actuality it was not that bad. I think I probably did end up having fewer calories than I showed on there. But I'm not exactly sure. So I'll give myself a smaller happy face. Also, in the middle of the night, well, early morning, I ate two puddings. So in about 12 hours, I had four of them. It felt like I was munching, but it didn't end up being that many calories. It just goes to show you that if you stick to low cal foods, you can indulge a little.
