Non-scale victory: one of the coaches at the OrangeTheory I go to gave me a huge compliment! She asked if I weigh myself, and said that I’d visibly lost inches since I’d started there. It made me feel awesome, and proud of the work I’ve done. While I’ve only lost about 6-10 pounds since going there (started in May), I’ve lost a couple pants sizes. Back in February I was a size 16-18, and now I’m able to fit into size 8 pants. Let’s go~! ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ
