Feeling deflated today and really wanted a bowl full of pasta for lunch but staying on track and had an egg salad instead - was actually v. satisfying 😊 - 250 cals with some honey and mustard dressing x

good effort there.. to be honest if I wanted pasta I'd eat it and get it over 🤭 maybe fill it with other veggies to keep me full for longer and nice protein too like chicken or tuna

I’m a vegetarian, Tan but I could def fill it out with some more exciting veggies to help my stay full!! Food shop is this weekend will try and get inspired 😊
