Feeling much better today than I did yesterday. I did my 3mile walk and even tried Zumba for 10min. I borrowed it to try out on my kinect. I didnt even make it through all of the tutorial and boy was I sweating buckets. I might have to look into buying this...just not sure if I should buy the exercide dvds or the game for kinect. Either one will be a great work out..wish I was a little less rhythm challenged, but hey as long as I'm up and moving and not sitting on the couch..guess it doesnt matter what I look like doing it.
