So far things don't seem to be that hard. But, having all the right stuff at home makes all the difference in the world. I'm so glad my girlfriend asked me to do this with her. I feel like it's more for my benefit. :) Even though it's day one, with all the right items at home... it will be easier. Bless my girlfriends heart, she's so patient with me. I think I've called her 5 times so far. I just pray by day 5 I don't beat anyone up for a snack size candy bar. LOL

Awesome job today Vic. Have a big salad tomorrow to get your foundation vegetables up to the 12-15 net carbs. Throw some veggies in your eggs too. I am gonna have a little mushroom, onion, spincah, ham and cheese scramble myself. Love you!

It gets easier the more you practice, like anything else. There are moments when I see or smell something and I think for a minute about eating it but for the most part when the plan is followed I am not tempted enough to give in. It's amazing.
Hang in there! Oh, and just for the record, there are some pretty decent Atkins bars out there that give candy bars a run for their money! :) Enjoy!
