Oh my gosh I am struggling today! It’s been two weeks now since I’ve had any kind of fast food. I really want it right now, even if I do something healthier, but I don’t want to I know I don’t need it. I need some strength!!!

Figure out how to incorporate a lil fast food into your macros/cals and don't beat yourself up about it. This new lifestyle must be sustainable for you. Hope you're well.

One day at a time, thats whats working for me, when i would think fast food id eat some nuts, or something light thats mind fulfilling and it has worked for me, you got this

Thank you both!! I am trying to do that now, I have been avoiding, and not even really wanting, any kind of processed food. Lol it’s a little weird, but I like and yeah, when I do get hungry and I just to go I’ve just been bringing my portions of nuts, it totally works!
