Hello!! I am new to this site but not new to the vicious cycle of gaining/losing weight. Most days I am active so that never has been the issue. It’s portion control. I’ve had a lovely summer of food and drink but now it’s time to start buckling down lol. I like what I’ve read so far on this site and look forward to supporting you on this crazy journey!! Hey! Welcome! This site is fantastic, glad you joined. Unsolicited recommendation because I too have problems with moderation. Intermittent fasting. Allows for bigger meals when it’s time to eat :) (it’s hard at first but after a week it’s a piece of cake)

my dr. said watch my calories, 1800 a day. my son said to watch Macros and you can see both in you reports. Macros show me I'm eating too much fat in my diet. Welcome to FS.
