Diario de D Bone, 25 jun. 14

June 25 2014: Started taking BCAAs today. If not lifting, 2 before a ride and 2 after. If lifting and riding, 2 before lifting and 2 after. 4 a day only. If I take a day completely off, 2 in the morning with coffee and 2 at night after dinner. Hopefully they will help with recovery........... We'll see.
