I had a 1.6# weekly loss at my TOPS weigh-in yesterday. YOHOO!! I am pleased. Apparently IF plus protein and fats work. I did have some greens yesterday and added 4 oz. Cherry tomatoes (higher carb choice) to dinner meal yesterday. So far I haven't added back milk but I did add back one Trader Joe's corn and wheat tortilla (13 net grams carb, no added sugar). My plan is to SLOWLY up complex carbs. I also bought a week cleanse to use as needed. I am SOOO close to breaking that zero again.
