Diario de loosinisfun, 11 abr. 09

gooooooooooood saturday morning everyone!!!...39 outside this morning with a wind chill of 31...getting breakfast over with an then gonna layer up for a morning walk...try an get bck into a regular morning walk routine once again...with the weather beginning to change bck into warmer days, easier to stay with it once again...and the days it rains i will just do inside walks...like i did yesterday morning...need to do boil up some skinless chicken later this morning an get ahead on that again..along with making my lunches ahead ...still have 2, but like to stay ahead of the plan as much as i can...seems to work best that way with less picking up the wrong stuff thats around the house...have started using more jalepano sauces in my meals...mmmmmm goood....i bout some green sauce yesterday at the store...to add to my lunches when i do them ahead... mom wont even try it...lol...i was using franks hot sauce, but decided i needed more kick ...lol...well need to get up an moving...so i can be headed out the door by 630am...so hope everyone has a greattttttttttt easter sunday tomow!!!!

just returned from my morning walk...sun was comin up and feels great to get bck into a walkin habit once again...did alot of thinkin as i walked this morning...thought about what causes me to overeat thru the day...an its from being bored...as long as im busy thur the day...then food isnt a temptation, but once my mind isnt busy doing something, then the kitchen becomes my friend...somehow i need to change that habit...and keep my mind occupied from sunup to sundown...

Glad you got out there for your walk, twin! Maybe you need to take up knitting or skydiving to take care of that boredom eating! :)
