Second post for today-- hubby did not get any new information. Basically- he is 80 and old- there is arthritis of the spine and something else - but he could not remember what. He must get the EMG done and continue with PT. So he has to suck it up pain wise and deal with these dizzy spells. We both are fighting the tears. I feel so bad for him. It makes me so sad-to see him get so frustrated and not be able to do anything for him. I am fighting a BINGE - so I am making things that I can eat that are not going to throw me into a tail spin. I made pickled eggs (use Splenda), a crust less low fat sugar free pumpkin pie and for my dinner- a Veggie lasagna. No pasta. Under 500 calories for 1/2 a bread loaf pan. I am still under 1100 calories for today.
