My PMS cravings have destroyed my calorie deficit 😂 Im working hard starting today to get back on track. Any advice for the craving issue would be great🍕🧇🥞🍔

Try having a 30g serving of coco pops or fruit loops. it's like 100 calories. I also found future life lite bars (114 calories) instead of going for the Lindt

I take a small PS bar 107 calories I think, crush it in the packaging, empty into a bowl and slowly munch on it 😁
