my man is supportive of my weightloss and if i decided to stop he would support that too. that being said he and i were looking at pics and everytime i saw myself before i would say something mean or critical about how i looked. But he would always say something nice. like " I remember that day, i remember being happy to see you so happy because you were going through a hard time." or i know you dont like this pic but i still think you looked pretty that day." I know gods been guiding me on a path to see myself the way he sees me and the way other people really see me. its so much different than how i see myself. and when i criticized myself i was also criticizing their love for me. im getting healthier. and im going to continue loosing weight. but ive always been loveable and worthy to god and my family. so now from now on i wont look back at old pictures and cringe. instead out loud im going to say "i love her"
