Diario de loosinisfun, 15 abr. 09

Question????...goooooooood mornin everyone!!!...has anyone else experienced being colder once you get the weight off on them cooler days ...yesterday it was in the 4os here and i just couldnt seem to get warm...was just damp an dreary here...had a sweatshirt and sweat pants on, but just couldnt seem to feel warm and finally put a thermo shirt on under the sweatshirt and felt the warmest i have been in 2 days...hope that means that when its summer out an everyone is sweatin ther butts off...i will be cooler as well....suppose to start warmin up today with 3 days of nicer weather, before the rain moves in again on the weekend...hopefully by friday i can mow the yard an cut off the top of the grass thats sproutin ...or thats the plan right now...today is store day since i stayed in yesterday cause i was just cold an couldnt get warm enough...headed out to brians this morning long enough to pick up a stationary bike i took out there last year...have decided to bring it home an use it...instead of bringing home a bike for now...was watching a info commercial yesterday and got some ideas for doing a spinning exercise on the stationary bike...a different workout for me...so as i said going to brians this morning to look at stationary bike an see if i can envision my ideas an see if it will take it or not...lol...well need to get breakfast started...need to head out for a morning walk, since i didnt go yesterday ...instead stayed in an did my 30 mins of crunches, then a 15 min floor workout, just something different...keep this body active to a point..have a great day everyone!!!

Morning, twin! I guess it makes sense you'd be cooler without some of that natural insulation. I've always been a "cold" person, so I haven't really noticed the difference. I know I get REALLY cold if I haven't had enough water that day - not sure what the connection is. How are my tomatoes doing? :)

goooooood mornin twin...still to cold to plant them mators an make a map for you so you can sneek over an try them out...lol

Oh yes! I totally have been "cooler" with my losses!! It's odd not to be sooo overly hot in the summer and cold all the time in the winter, too. I wear sweaters all winter long now, and before I was fine in t-shirts and light jackets. No more! lol Keep on rockin' it up!

I've always been cold, too, like Amy, so I couldn't really answer that. But it makes sense! That should make you happy! : ) Hope you had a good walk.

im the same way bully....i use to be comfy in tshirts thru the winter time just around the house, but now in the winter time, i have to wear sweatshirts to keep warm in the house during colder days...thanks fakeplastic...i had a great walk, an just came in from ridin the statiionary bike for 20 to get use to ridin one again....

Yes. I notice being cold during the hour(s) right before I get up in the morning. I have awakened in the early morning to put socks on or to get an extra blanket. Not so much body fat - I guess.
