Diario de ttjohnso, 11 jul. 14

Workout #9 of 2014. ~67:00 track lake run. Same route as 2 days ago, but 7 minutes longer. I didn't have "it" today, hotter weather, no accidental pacers near end to keep me running faster. Split ~30, so 1st half was 5 minutes longer, 2nd half 2 minutes longer. I'm surprised I didn't degrade more during 2nd half.
