Have decided with my late night getting to sleep @ 1am and sleeping till 9, I'm going to re-start the gym after work tomorrow. It will be a good way to chase away the tension of the day.
I have house work to finish, food to prep, and later in the day need to mow the grass, pick some beans, and maybe a few raspberries. We had rain early this am so it's too wet now, hoping it dries out enough. With this late start to my day, it will work better.
Exercise will be all that and try for a total of 30min on the hula hoop. Have lots of veggies to eat this week.
