Two days with little exercise and gained 1.5 pounds back. Will try to go for a walk today and maybe swim if I can fit it into work sched. Need to find my happy place. I feel so unmotivated suddenly - hope this passes soon.

This too shall pass. I felt like that last week which resulted in no working out for 6 days and poor eating, then getting what I thought was food poisoning. Just keep pushing yourself and it will come back.
