Only 1/2 lb from first 20 lbs lost. Slept well last night. Repeated elliptical routine, starting and maintaining 3.5 and level one for 5 mins, increasing one level each 5 mins to levels 5, then decreased one levels each minute. Got my heart rate up to the 150's part of the time. Needed to work off some of the pizza, wine and IC. Don't do that too often, but it was worth the calories. My brother came to visit for the afternoon.
