Haven’t posted on here in awhile. Most of my lunch creations lately have been remixes of left overs. I made air fryer jerk chicken breast for dinner one night last week. I layered that with some canned Alfredo sauce, a baked potatoe and some toppings. Yum!

We love Jerk in our house. Do you make from scratch? I always hurt myself when I work with peppers. I forget to wear gloves & goggles. Such a klutz.
Hubs keep asking for it, I can't seem to get it right.

Thank you everyone! I like to cook, but I work full time so I get the marinades whenever I can. I use walkers mild jerk paste in the jar. I prefer it over the extra spicy cause it’s the extra spicy has way more clove in it than I care for.

I've used walkers. There was something I didn't like that I couldn't identify. My hubs likes the paste, but I found there was something I didn't like. Sort if the scent of a damp basement. I'll look for the mild and see if it's better. I like scotch bonnet, but difficult to work with.
