Workout #11 of 2014.

55.04 total, almost to beach and back. 14+:xx to black fence, which is longer than last week, but I felt good tonight, so surprised. Good start and late-middle. Decent finish. Lots of shoulder pain, but not as much as last week. Both shoulders. More pain left shoulder. The run does not make it worse, though. Both shoulders started hurting around 3 weeks ago. I think it's related to playing baseball catch. It's easier to throw a tennis ball. It really hurts to shoot overhead a basketball. Wow, shooting, sharp pain.
